The Process
Initial consultation
- We will either meet at a local coffee shop or a 30 minute video call!
- Spend time understanding your story, personalities, and dynamics.
- Go over your vision for your wedding day, the more I know the better! I want to bring your vision to life.
- Budget and pricing!

- Alright, so we've gotten together and decided that I'm a good fit to capture your wedding day! Now it's time to save the date in my schedule!
- Draft a detailed contract outlining services, costs, cancellation policies, and rights to images.
- Secure a retainer or deposit to confirm the booking.
Pre wedding planning
- One will be at the 6 month mark to go over vision and ideas!
- Second one will be at the 2 month mark to create a timeline of the entire day. We will also create a must-have checklist!
- The final meeting will be quick just confirming times, events of the day
We will have three meetings during the planning process!
Engagement session
the big day
- The engagement session is a great opportunity for me to get to know you guys!
- I will send you an engagement session guide
- We will also talk about location, my engagement guide many location ideas!
- Book the one hour session session!
An engagement session is included in all of my packages
its time to get married!!
Post wedding
Delivery of photos
- You will receive your photos on an online gallery within 4-6 weeks
- I will reach out about which prints you want framed.
- Offer options to print photos and wall decor!
- I show up with my gear and do my thing!!!
- I will help with your dress, get the bridal party together for photos, and get everyone excited to celebrate the best day over!!
- 24-48 hours after your wedding, I will send you SNEAK PEAKS!!
